How do I get started?
Dr. Bohnert will determine your candidacy, then refer you to a trusted oral surgeon for implant placement. Sterile, biocompatible titanium posts will be inserted in your jaw – one in the socket of each missing tooth or a few strategically placed to secure your prosthetic. Modern anesthesia and postoperative medications allow patients to undergo this minor surgical procedure with minimal discomfort.
What happens next?
Your natural bone will fuse with the posts to create a solid foundation for your new smile. Dr. Bohnert will attach your replacement teeth to the posts so that you can smile, eat, and live life with confidence.
