After almost a year at Southeast Family Dental I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and the work they do. It has been a long process because they take the time to do things right. 2/13/23. As someone who has avoided dental care for too many years due to fear and anxiety, I was overwhelmingly pleased with my first visit today. I feel I was treated with the utmost care and concern for my well-being. The above review was for my first visit and did not post on the correct date which was 3/10/22. I have since been to Southeast Family Dental 4 times for extensive treatment. Dr. Laura Miller and Erin are both wonderful. They always make certain that I understand everything that is being done and are always careful thuat I am comfortable. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Everyone I have been in contact with at the practice has been helpful and friendly.

Dr. Miller is on top of letting me know her knowledge along with my physicians. I consider her a part of my team. I don't have dental insurance but the practice offers a great plan you can purchase. So far so good! This was my first time going to Southeast Family Dental. I had a broken tooth and came across them on here (Google). The previous dentists I went to seemed to leave a bad impression on me so I really wanted a place that was going to truly deliver on what I needed as a patient. Dr. Geiger and her staff were not only prompt, but they went above and beyond to ensure that everything is on track. I cannot say enough about them!! If you haven't tried Southeastern Family Dental, then you truly are missing out. Edit 8/10/23 - My invisaline was not giving me the results I desired. Not only did they replace my buttons on my teeth to ensure my trays fit properly. But they cared enough to make sure I had weekly appointments with them before releasing my next tray. I believe in exceptional service when I purchase anything. Southeast Family Dental exceeded my expectations times a million. It feels like I am visiting family every time I go there. Therefore, I have recommended Southeast Family Dental to everyone I encounter when they mention how perfectly straight and white my teeth are. I had been in the dentist office a couple of weeks ago for a routine cleaning. The dentist pointed out that a had a worn spot close to gum line. Since I wear a bite plate, I was concerned that the little ball might possibly have caused the wearing down. Upon examination with the bite plate in my mouth, they assured me that it had not caused the worn area and could not cause any damage to the tooth.

From my first initial appointment to my third, these ladies have been very professional, compassionate, and welcoming. They came up with a dental plan completely different from my last one. My wife and I had our initial appointment (cleaning and new patient assessment) with Southeast Family Dental a few weeks ago. I was blown away by the overall professionalism and gentle treatment I received. The assessment was thorough and the cleaning was probably the best I've ever had. All of my teeth feel glassy smooth and clean. I needed a follow-on appointment to remove what remained of a tooth that had just broken off. This was my first real procedure with Southeast Family Dental after the initial cleaning. I was extremely pleased with how well it went. I was most concerned with the anesthesia injection and had told the dentist, Dr. Holly Austgen, that this was going to be the critical element of how I was going to grade her work. She was superlative. I had virtually no pain at the injection sites and the extraction was very easy on me (though I think she she may have had some additional work on her hands with a broken root). It has been 24 hours since the procedure and I am feeling pretty good. She, and her assistant, Karey, did a great job. I plan on staying with Dr Austgen and Southeast Family Dental for the remainder of my life. I believe my wife feels likewise.

The Slimak Family loves Dr. Bohnert and the staff at Southeast Family Dental. We have been with them for years, and honestly, I have tried other dental practices in the Indianapolis area - I wouldn't go anywhere else other than Southeast Family Dental! No comparison with customer service.
